Almost everywhere else in the U.S., people are enjoying the Fall season. Here…it’s in the low 90s. Almost perfect weather. I can do without the cold and the snow, but on occasion, I do miss the different seasons. It’s kind of strange to think that Tessa will probably never experience that changing of seasons in her childhood.
All of that was just a strange segue into the fact that we took Tessa to a pumpkin patch yesterday with some friends. The pumpkin patch was in the middle of the desert and it was 90 degrees out, but it was our “fall” experience none-the-less.
We had fun playing in bouncy houses, petting animals at the petting zoo, going on a hayride, and, of course, picking out a couple of pumpkins.
